It is through the stillness that our truth emerges.

When truth strikes this is the energy current of action. For many of us we weren’t taught how to act on our truth. But doing energy work such as this your truth becomes illuminated to you. And it is in the subtle moments, moment’s between moments when truth will come forward. And when you combine your truth with the energy of love you will find a profound energy of confidence and courage to do what you know you need to do.

The pattern though, is Be still. Get the insight. Then with discernment do. Not Do first.
